Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for an experienced exceptional and professional massage therapist, you've come to the right place. I am a highly skilled massage therapist that specialize in precise Relaxation / Deep Tissue massage,  Therapeutic / Myofascial Release and Orthopedic Massage. 

My philosophy is "freedom from pain through knowledge and compassion".  I focus on helping the body return to its naturally balanced state. 

Owner, Chané "Shay" Rens completed Five Day Intensive Seminar and received Certificate of Completion for Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage through the Center for Pain Management under James Waslaski, LMT, CPT, as well as a Certified Massage & Hydrotherapy through Florida School of Massage.  I'm currently studying as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
